About the role
As the Learning and Organizational Development Manager at PETNET, INC., you will play a crucial role in shaping the growth and development of our dynamic team. In this full-time, hybrid position, you will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive learning and development programs to enhance the skills, knowledge, and engagement of our workforce. With a focus on organizational development, you will collaborate closely with key stakeholders to drive initiatives that foster a positive, productive, and inclusive work environment.
What you'll be doing
Conduct training needs assessments and develop tailored learning and development programs to address skill gaps and support strategic business objectivesDesign and facilitate engaging training sessions, workshops, and initiatives that promote personal and professional growthCollaborate with department heads to align learning and development initiatives with the company's vision and valuesImplement effective performance management systems and provide coaching and feedback to support employee developmentSpearhead the creation of a learning culture by curating resources, fostering peer-to-peer learning, and promoting continuous improvementMeasure the impact and effectiveness of learning and development programs, and continuously refine initiatives based on feedback and dataStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in organizational development, and implement innovative approaches to enhance employee experienceWhat we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a proven track record of designing and implementing successful programsStrong facilitation and training skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiencesExcellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilitiesProficiency in using learning management systems, data analysis tools, and other relevant technologyEffective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organizationPassion for continuous learning and a commitment to staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practicesWhat we offer
