About the role

As the Learning and Organizational Development Manager at PETNET, INC., you will play a crucial role in shaping the growth and development of our dynamic team. In this full-time, hybrid position, you will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive learning and development programs to enhance the skills, knowledge, and engagement of our workforce. With a focus on organizational development, you will collaborate closely with key stakeholders to drive initiatives that foster a positive, productive, and inclusive work environment.

What you'll be doing

  • Conduct training needs assessments and develop tailored learning and development programs to address skill gaps and support strategic business objectives
  • Design and facilitate engaging training sessions, workshops, and initiatives that promote personal and professional growth
  • Collaborate with department heads to align learning and development initiatives with the company's vision and values
  • Implement effective performance management systems and provide coaching and feedback to support employee development
  • Spearhead the creation of a learning culture by curating resources, fostering peer-to-peer learning, and promoting continuous improvement
  • Measure the impact and effectiveness of learning and development programs, and continuously refine initiatives based on feedback and data
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in organizational development, and implement innovative approaches to enhance employee experience
  • What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a proven track record of designing and implementing successful programs
  • Strong facilitation and training skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in using learning management systems, data analysis tools, and other relevant technology
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization
  • Passion for continuous learning and a commitment to staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
