What You Will Be Doing
- Develop and maintain backend systems and automation workflows using Python.
- Design and implement scalable web scraping solutions to collect, process, and structure data from multiple sources.
- Build and optimize integrations with third-party platforms through REST APIs and other relevant technologies.
- Ensure code quality, performance, and reliability through modular and maintainable architecture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and monitor automated pipelines and scraping agents for maximum efficiency and uptime.
- Experience: 3–5+ years in backend development or data automation using Python.
- Proven experience with web scraping frameworks such as Scrapy, Selenium, Playwright, or BeautifulSoup.
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, asynchronous programming (asyncio, aiohttp), and data handling (JSON, CSV, SQL).
- Experience with automation tools or workflow orchestration (e.g., Airflow, n8n, Tines, or custom Python scripts).
- Familiarity with MySQL or similar databases for data storage and optimization.
- Ability to work independently, think critically, and deliver reliable results in dynamic environments.
- Strong organizational and self-management skills.
- Leadership potential and interest in mentoring or coordinating small automation/scraping teams.
