We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Property Management Assistant. This role will primarily involve providing administrative support to our property management and sales team.

Job Type: Full time

Work Arrangement: Onsite (Clark, Pampanga)

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

Work Hours: 40 hours per week

Experience level: Intermediate to Mid-level

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or any related field.
  • Preferably with at least 2-3 years of relevant experience.

Must have:

  • Administrative skills and experience.
  • Customer Service experience.
  • Experience in CRM Software.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Great attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Organizational skills and proactive.
  • Experience with Microsoft applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities:

  • Management of databases i.e., Property Tree, REX Rental and Sale Upload Listings.
  • Marketing Property (Order brochure, signboard, and booking photoshoot).
  • Receive and assist in handling repair and maintenance requests from tenants or property owners.
  • Coordinate with contractors or maintenance personnel to schedule and oversee repairs in a timely manner.
  • Monitor tenant accounts for arrears and assist in following up with tenants to ensure timely payment of rent.
  • Coordinate with the property management team to address any outstanding payment issues.
  • Respond to property management email inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Provide information and assistance to current and prospective tenants as needed.
  • Attending reception calls and ad hoc tasks from time to time as required.
