Reports to: Accounting Operations Manager, based in the United States

Location: Philippines

Job Type: Full-Time

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CPM, CPSM) are a plus
• 5+ years of experience in IT procurement, preferably within an MSP, technology, consulting, or IT services company.
• Strong experience in vendor management and contract negotiations, particularly with IT hardware and software providers.
• In-depth understanding of the IT supply chain, including hardware, software, and cloud services procurement.
• Proficiency in procurement management tools and systems.
• Fluent English including verbal and written
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with financial data.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in Procurement, Supply Chain, or IT Asset Management is preferred but not required.

Job Summary :

The Procurement Lead will be responsible for managing all procurement activities related to hardware, software, and IT services. This includes identifying vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, tracking and managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with company and industry standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT procurement within an MSP or technology environment, including partners and other hardware providers. The ideal candidate will also possess strong negotiation skills, and have a solid understanding of the technology supply chain.
