About The Role Analysis

• Lead the planning, budgeting, execution, and delivery of solar energy projects
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Design, and Engineering
• Monitor budgets, project timelines, and contractor performance
• Ensure compliance with permits, safety standards, and quality benchmarks
• Drive innovation through continuous learning, R&D, and process improvements
• Guide and manage on-site personnel and ensure efficient material use
• Provide key insights during sales meetings and support strategic decision-making

What We're Looking For... Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Must be Registered Electrical Engineer
• Has worked in a similar role or project management for at least 5 years
• Prior experience in renewable energy projects is a strong advantage
• Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively
• Willing to be assigned on project sites and must know how to drive
