Project Finance and Treasury Executive
The position holder is responsible for driving the financing strategy and ensuring capital readiness for Aboitiz Renewables, Inc and its Subsidiaries. The role focuses on capital structuring, liquidity management, and financial risk mitigation to support the company's ambitious growth targets. The AVP collaborates with 1AP Treasury for execution while maintaining a strategic outlook on funding initiatives. The AVP will directly report to the RE Group CFO, ensuring the overall financial strategy of the RE Group will be executed.

Outcomes Expected And Responsibilities
- Strategic Treasury Leadership: Ensure financing strategies align with ARI's business development and operational timelines.
- Capital Structuring & Governance: Define and implement capital structuring plans, ensuring compliance with financial policies and best practices.
- Liquidity & Risk Management: Maintain optimal liquidity, manage financial risks, and support project financing needs.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Strengthen banking, investor, and institutional relationships to facilitate timely funding.
- Alignment with 1AP Treasury: Collaborate on financial execution while maintaining RE-specific treasury strategies.
- Develop and execute capital structuring initiatives to support RE Group’s growth objectives.
- Oversee risk and liquidity management strategies to ensure financial resilience.
- Lead engagement with banks, investors, and financial institutions to secure funding.
- Work closely with 1AP Treasury to align financing strategies and ensure seamless execution.
- Serve as the key treasury advisor for RE’s project financing and investment strategies.
- Develop and recommend trade and funding solutions, including bonds, notes, multilateral, and syndicated financing.
- Lead execution of structured financing strategies, ensuring optimal funding sources and cost efficiency.
- Analyze market conditions to identify innovative funding opportunities and manage financial risks.
- Provide mentorship and leadership to the treasury team, fostering professional growth and excellence.
- Cultivates a high-performing and engaged team by having regular and ongoing conversations, with the purpose of setting and communicating clear targets, developing capabilities, managing performance, and discipline.
- Creates a transparent environment by practicing courageous authenticity while operating on mutual trust, support, and respect.
