PROJECT DEVELOPMENT OFFICER (CIVIL ENGINEER)

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Experience: At least three (3) years of experience relevant to CADD and Drafting
• Eligibility: RA 1080 (Licensed Civil Engineer)

• With excellent writing skills
• With Strong communication skills
• Understands Policy Development Processes
• With good research and analytical skills
• With relevant experience in Government/Private contracts or Construction Management; Project Development and/or other fields related to construction/engineering and/or Policy Formulation

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Assist and work in the conceptualization designs, planning, development, implementation and monitoring of plans/projects/programs of wpd.
2. Prepares complete detailed engineering design, project proposals, detailed estimates, technical specifications, PERT/CPM/S – Curve and other documents necessary for bidding requirements and implementations of the civil works project. The design shall be in accordance with the latest Philippines Building Code, Sanitary and Electrical Codes, Environmental Requirements and Accessibility Law;
3. Assists in the project presentations, biddings and other meetings related to civil/mechanical/electrical projects;
4. Conducts site visits, and inspection during civil/mechanical/electrical projects design, review, & implementation;
5. Do research works on matters concerning the construction industry, laws, policies, rules and regulations, construction contracts, construction standards (materials, methods, services and etc.) new trends/technologies and innovations in construction, best practices in construction, and other matters affecting the construction industry;
6. Prepare post activity reports highlights/minutes of meetings, memos, board resolutions, and other reports as may be required;
