About The Role

The Systems and Change Analyst is critical in making this happen. The role is within the Investment Management & Deliver Office that will work closely with the Change and Support Services Manager and Systems and Change Lead on delivering the right tools and processes to support Investment Projects at ANZ. A Key responsibility will be to identify and drive change in our system and processes to provide a more valuable data set for decisions and improving user experience. You will also be required to provide expertise to relevant support teams ensuring changes are incorporated successfully to day-to-day operations. This role also will serve as the primary back-up of the Systems and Change Lead.

The role will be responsible for but not limited to

• Working closely with both Developers/Consultants, BAU and Projects team to develop and deliver effective change in accordance with our backlog. Drive systematic solutions to improve efficiencies on services provided by the team and actively driving the change activities associated with the Change Request Forum and customer feedback.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, managers and stakeholders. Work closely with key stakeholders to evolve our existing processes and toolset capabilities.
• Provide facilitated training sessions to customers and identify any gaps to improve user experience.
  
  
  

What will your day look like?

The Systems and Change Analyst will also be expected to

• Conducts robust User Acceptance Test (UAT) and Business Verification Test (BVT) and provide detailed walkthrough to the broader PPM Support Services team.
• Provide support to PPM user community for any new changes/enhancements deployed to the tool.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing across the team and primary back-up of the Systems and Change Lead.

Shift Schedule: Day shift schedules will be adhered to

What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

• Preferably with relevant background and with understanding of PMO, finance processes, reporting, risk and project management standards, ideally within ANZ.
• Experience in User Acceptance Test (UAT) and Business Verification Test (BVT) activities on product changes and enhancements.
• Ability to negotiate / communicate with and to influence key stakeholders. Solid working experience in stakeholder management. Demonstrable openness to new ideas and to translate them into real business solutions.
• Experience in providing facilitated training across different stakeholders and peers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
