Project Coordinator

Responsibilities:

1. Support the development of project plans, schedules, and timelines and update them when necessary.
2. Ensure all project activities align with the established objectives and project deliverables meet quality and compliance standards..
3. Collaborate with team members to create detailed work plans, track progress, and adjust as needed.
4. Manage projects with an in-depth understanding of the client’s contract terms and procedures.
5. Manage project-related contracts, contracts with external experts, contracts with main/subcontractors and intercompany agreements between the business units.
6. Manage project finance including cash flows, project revenue and other expenses.
7. Organize and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes.
8. Organize project documentation, track deliverables, and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders.
9. Identify and mitigate project risks, assist in resolving issues, and monitor progress to ensure timely problem resolution.
10. Maintain strong client relationships, relationship with subcontractor/main contractor and address concerns promptly, and manage expectations throughout the project.
11. Provide support to the project team, including technical assistance and guidance.
12. Support the completion of project documentation and final reports.
13. Ensure all deliverables are handed over and outstanding issues are resolved.
14. Contribute to post-project evaluations and identify opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in project management
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Sharepoint and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic understanding of project management tools and software.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
