UnifyCX is growing, and we are looking for an experienced Project and Implementation Manager to join our motivated and ambitious team.
What Will You Do?
As the Project and Implementation Manager, you facilitate and coordinate people and processes to ensure that all projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results for multiple projects. You will review internal and external client requirements, scope and develop project plans, assign and track owners and timelines, as well, lead all project calls with all parties involved. This position requires creativity and flexibility to accommodate a fast-paced environment to facilitate and manage projects from the creation of the project requirements to the production rollout.

What Will You Do?
As the Project and Implementation Manager, you facilitate and coordinate people and processes to ensure that all projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results for multiple projects. You will review internal and external client requirements, scope and develop project plans, assign and track owners and timelines, as well, lead all project calls with all parties involved. This position requires creativity and flexibility to accommodate a fast-paced environment to facilitate and manage projects from the creation of the project requirements to the production rollout.
Responsibilities
- Develop detailed project plans, while ensuring all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
- Ensure all project team members and departments are meeting all deadlines whether for a client or an internal project.
- Organize and lead project status and working meetings, monitor and report on progress, manage and address risks, correct deviations from project plan, and oversee delivery for assigned projects
- Motivate project groups working in an agile environment, to enable them complete assigned tasks within set time, and to deliver top performance
- Assist in project team development by removing roadblocks to their work, mentoring them, and making a good utilization of organizational resources to improve capacity for project work
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
- Build and manage strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and clients
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Establish and maintain relationships with any third parties/vendors
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Perform other duties as assigned by leadership
To be considered, candidates are expected to have the following:
- 3+ years of project management experience. Experience with BPO client implementation and site build projects highly preferred
- PMP certification or Project Management related degree preferred
- Familiarity with Project Management software
- Excellent oral and written communications skills and experience interacting with individuals on the executive level, our clients, and prospect clients
- Proven ability to lead key projects and ensure objectives, goals, and commitments are met
- Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of business needs with the ability to establish/maintain high level of trust and confidence
- Creative approach to problem-solving with the ability to focus on details while maintaining the “big picture” view
- Very effective interpersonal and influential skills as well impeccable organizational skills
- Experience with contact center operations highly preferred
