Manager, Regulatory Issues Remediation

The Manager, Regulatory Issues Remediation is responsible for coordinating the end-to-end process of regulatory examinations, external audits, and internal compliance issue remediation. This role ensures the organization is well-prepared, responsive, and aligned with regulatory expectations while proactively identifying and addressing compliance deficiencies. The position requires strong collaboration.

- Advanced understanding of the company’s business operations.
- Ability to represent the business internally and externally (e.g., regulators, industry peers).
- Experience in project management.
Professional Experience:
- With at least 5+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, or audit within financial services
- Proven strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and examination process
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and analytical skills.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably related to Banking, Finance, Insurance, Accounting or related course
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), or Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) designation is a plus.
