Job Summary
- The Program Manager for Niche and Special Markets is primarily responsible in the development, execution and management of strategic programs and initiatives targeting niche and special market segments to achieve business objectives and enhance customer engagement for the Bank.
- Collaborate with the Department Head, sales and product teams, and operational stakeholders to develop and execute strategic programs aligned with departmental and sales objectives.
- Utilize market insights and customer feedback to tailor program strategies and initiatives to meet the unique needs of niche market segments.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and service, product owners , to plan and implement programs effectively within niche markets.
- Manage program scope, timelines, and resources to ensure successful delivery and achievement of program goals and objectives.
- Drive innovation in program design and delivery, exploring new technologies and methodologies to enhance program effectiveness, customer engagement, and competitive advantage.
- Implement process improvements and strategic initiatives based on feedback and performance insights to optimize program outcomes and achieve business objectives.
- Engage with key clients and stakeholders within niche markets to build and maintain relationships, address client needs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Utilize CRM tools and customer insights to drive program enhancements and optimize customer experience within targeted market segments.
- Develop personalized communication strategies and engagement plans to enhance customer satisfaction, retention and loyalty within niche markets.
- Conduct market analysis, competitive assessments, and customer behavior research to inform program strategies and decision-making processes.
- Monitor program performance metrics and KPIs, collaborating with operational teams to evaluate effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
- Lead cross-functional project teams, including members from products, sales, marketing, data analytics, operations and technology departments, to execute strategic initiatives and programs within niche markets.
- Drive project planning, execution, and delivery timelines to achieve program objectives and deliverables, ensuring alignment with departmental and organizational goals.
- Develop and implement training programs and workshops for the Sales Team, enhancing their skills and capabilities in managing niche market programs effectively.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and skill enhancement within the program team to support career growth and readiness for evolving market demands.
- University graduate from a reputable educational institution, preferably of a business-related course or Marketing.
- Should possess in-depth knowledge of banking products and services, including an understanding of industry trends relevant to niche and special market segments.
- With proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans and initiatives aligned with organizational objectives and market opportunities
- Expertise in project and program management methodologies.
- Has a track record of driving innovation and implementing creative solutions to address market challenges and anchor on emerging opportunities within niche markets.
- At least 3-5 years of progressive experience in banking, financial services or related industries, with focus on program management, marketing or product development
