Unit Head

This role is based in Metro Manila but could also be in the province, with the flexibility for remote work (work from home). As the Unit Head, you will be responsible for:

Building your own team through recruiting

Managing the day-to-day business operations of your team

Developing and implementing business strategies

Leading and coaching your team to ensure financial targets are met

Collaborating with other agency leaders to drive business growth and customer satisfaction

We are looking for someone with:

Leadership and team management skills

Effective communication and interpersonal abilities

Experience in the insurance or financial industry (an advantage)

Experience in a senior management role (a plus)

Sales experience (a bonus)

A strong recruitment experience

This is a full-time hybrid position, offering both in office and remote work (work from home) flexibility.
