Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
Maintain accurate recruitment data and metrics for reporting purposes
Build relationships with potential candidates to create a strong talent pipeline
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a recruiter or similar role in an agency or corporate setting
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases
