Description:
The Product Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our software products and solutions. He/she will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as development, design, growth, marketing, and customer support, to ensure the delivery of exceptional products that meet customer needs and drive business growth. Among other responsibilities are gathering requirements, analyze user needs, and create efficient and user-friendly applications. The ideal candidate has a strong background in software development, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a passion for creating innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
*Product Strategy and Vision:
- Define and articulate the product strategy, vision, and roadmap based on market research, customer feedback, and business objectives.
- Identify and prioritize product features, enhancements, and integrations to drive customer satisfaction, competitive advantage, and revenue growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to inform product strategy.
* Product Development and Execution:
- Create product documentation and manuals.
- Collaborate with the development team to translate product requirements into actionable user stories and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.
- Work closely with the design team to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that enhance the overall user experience.
- Conduct user acceptance testing and gather feedback to refine product features and functionality.
* Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with stakeholders from different teams, such as sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure alignment and gather insights to improve the product.
- Work closely with the engineering team to ensure technical feasibility and to balance business needs with development efforts.
- Communicate product updates, timelines, and key milestones to internal teams and senior management.
* Market Analysis and Customer Engagement:
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, pain points, and market trends to inform product decisions.
- Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand their requirements, and incorporate their insights into the product roadmap.
- Monitor key performance metrics, conduct competitive analysis, and use data-drive insights to drive continuous product improvements.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Solid understanding of software development processes, methodologies, and technologies.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Strong business and market awareness with the ability to align product strategy with business objectives.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address complex product challenges.
- Experience in conducting market research and analyzing market trends.

- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with cross-functional teams.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
