Production Supervisor

About the role

Sunpride Foods, Inc. is seeking an experienced and dedicated Production Supervisor to join our team in our Mandaue City, Cebu facility. As a Production Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our production line, ensuring efficient and high-quality manufacturing processes.

What you'll be doing

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of production teams to meet productivity, quality, and safety goals
• Monitor production processes and procedures to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production workflows and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Provide training and support to production staff to enhance their skills and capabilities
• Analyze production data and generate reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards within the manufacturing industry

What we're looking for

• Must hold a Bachelor's Degree
• Willing to stay outdoors most of the day where the production/factory department is
• Knowledgeable with using Microsoft Office Outlook, Word & Excel
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Production Supervisor preferably within food or manufacturing industry
• Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and continuous improvement methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and critical thinking skills
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to interpret and act on performance metrics
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and safety standards
