Accounting Specialist

Job Responsibilities: 

• Maintains the client data especially the contract duration, contracted price and the headcount including the budget of consumables & equipment rentals.
• Checking/Review supporting documents prior to the processing of payments to Suppliers, Reimbursements to Employees and other payables .
• Prepares monthly Profit & Loss Analysis prior to the month-end closing of books.
• Assists with the monthly, quarterly and year end close activities as assigned and supporting schedules of Balance Sheet accounts.
• Prepares the quarterly remittance vat relief (SLS/SLP), QAP & SAWT (tax withheld – client's payments).
• Assists in preparing accounting records and reports for all levels of management.
• Closely monitor the Accounting Staff.

Qualifications: 

• A graduate of BS Accountancy.
• Has at least 2 years’ experience handling the same role
• Proven work experience as Accounting Specialist, in-depth knowledge on Accounts Payable and Financial Analysis.
• Experience in Accounting Software specifically D365 is an advantage.
• Knowledge in the preparation of internal and government reportorial (EFPS, e-submissions).
• Strong computer skills, MS Excel in particular (man aging spreadsheets, creating charts, and using advanced formulas).
• Excellent analytical skills to manage large amounts of data.
• Attention to details and accuracy.
• Team management skills.
