Job Description

Product Strategy and Vision:

• Define and communicate the overarching product vision and strategy, aligning with the company's mission and long-term goals.
• Leverage extensive experience in the crypto industry to shape the product roadmap, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of the market and adheres to industry trends and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback studies to identify new opportunities and optimize product offerings.

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of experienced Product Owners, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Set performance goals, conduct regular evaluations, and provide professional development opportunities to the product team.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration across all levels of the organization, including cross-functional teams such as engineering, design, marketing, and sales.
  
  
  

Product Development And Management

• Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and continuous improvement, with a focus on delivering secure, high-quality, and user-friendly crypto products.
• Utilize deep industry knowledge to make informed decisions about product features, enhancements, and retirements.

• Drive innovation within the product team, encouraging the exploration of new technologies, features, and business models in the crypto space.

• Communicate product strategy, progress, and outcomes to senior leadership and other key stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and support for product initiatives.

Financial And Performance Management

• Develop and manage budgets for the product department, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform future decisions.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• Extensive experience in product management, with a significant track record of leading successful product teams in the cryptocurrency industry.
• Strong business acumen with a proven ability to make data-driven, sound business decisions.
• Deep understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency markets, and industry trends.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
