The Procurement Associate is responsible for assisting in the procurement of office or site operations items, inventory management including but not limited to keeping track, dispatching, and ordering.

The role is responsible for monitoring adequate stock levels in the warehouse for ongoing and upcoming projects, deal with external couriers or parties in terms of keeping these stock levels adequate as well as following up or ask for the progress of items ordered and delivery schedules.

Job responsibilities include but aren't limited to

• Canvas or look for the best quality value product from a reliable supplier or source and negotiate terms on the Company’s behalf when necessary
• Order and track items needed or requested by different divisions
• Appropriately deal with international shipping & customs requirements
• Efficiently turnover items received to the relevant division and ensure that they are added to existing inventory count
• Accurately records warehouse inventory withdrawals and arrivals on Odoo
• Ensures that items received are picked, unloaded, labeled, and stored in an orderly manner
• Ensures that items dispatched to the implementation team are recorded and accurately reflected
• Maintains stock keeping levels of all consumable items
• Ability to communicate efficiently and accurately with internal and external stakeholders
• Immediately reports to supervisor when there are discrepancies in the inventory
• Able to produce an accurate inventory count document / report during audits or when asked by immediate supervisor

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience in a similar role
• Proficient in verbal and written English
• Computer-literate (familiar with at least MS Office)
• Ability to work and multitask under pressure
