Procurement Assistant

Supports the supply chain department by assisting with purchasing activities, supplier coordination, and inventory management to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Category Management: Able to manage the categories assigned ensuring no delays for the supply chain aspect.
• Strategic Sourcing: Items are purchased at the best possible price and quality.
• Stakeholder Management: Stakeholders are managed properly with timely and concise responses.
• Data Management and Analysis: Reports are done effectively and efficiently with minimal errors and guidance.
• Cost Savings and Cost Avoidance: Drive cost savings and cost avoidance initiatives and execution.

What We're Looking For... Qualifications

• Education: Bachelorʼs degree in Business or related field required.
• Solid background in Supply Chain specifically demand, supply and transport planning/management.
• Strong analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and leadership skills.
• Experience with project management and people development.
