Betterteam is a profitable SaaS company that helps small businesses hire faster with a simple Applicant Tracking System (ATS). We have strong renewal revenue and are now scaling outbound sales. Your mission is to own growth marketing end-to-end: attract the right prospects, turn them into qualified leads, and keep them engaged until they buy.

You will be the first dedicated marketer, so you will set strategy and run the campaigns. If you like clean ownership and fast feedback loops, you will like this job.

What You Will Do

  • Plan and launch multi-channel demand-gen campaigns (paid search, paid social, retargeting, job-board partnerships, and co-marketing).
  • Build and optimize landing pages and signup flows; run A/B tests to lift conversion rates.
  • Own email marketing: lead-nurture drips, win-back sequences, and a monthly product update.
  • Create content that attracts SMB owners and HR managers: short guides, blog posts, and case studies.
  • Work with Sales to supply MQL lists and refine ICP and messaging.
  • Own core growth metrics: site traffic, demo requests, trial starts, CAC, and payback.
  • Manage the marketing budget; report weekly on performance and ROI.
  • Set up and maintain the stack (Heap, Intercom, HubSpot, Looker Studio, ad platforms) with help from RevOps.

  • 3+ years running demand-gen for a B2B SaaS product (ideally sold to SMB buyers).
  • Hands-on with Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, and basic SEO.
  • Proven record of lifting conversion rates through copy, creative, and landing-page tests.
  • Comfortable writing short, clear copy for ads, emails, and website sections.
  • Strong in data: you can pull a funnel report, spot drop-offs, and decide what to test next.
  • Self-starter who can ship campaigns without a big agency or design team.
  • Direct communicator; plain talk beats jargon.
