Process Technician

Job Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• The Process Technician for the COX area is responsible for the process line sustaining engineering activities that carried out the actual execution and leg works such as evaluation and experiment. This also include attending and investigating process issues in real time with proper escalation to engineers if necessary.
  
  

Education & Experience

• B.Sc. Electronics Engineering (Physics, Electrical and related can apply) or any Equivalent technology courses
• At least 3 years of experience in Semiconductor or Electronics / Optoelectronics and Fiber optics Industry.
  
  

Skills

• Experience in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
• Experience in engineering task execution, such as process investigation, evaluation, and documentation.
• Basic knowledge in SPC and process capability.
• Basic knowledge in diebonding, wirebonding, temperature cycling, burn in and testing process.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective team player and possess coordinating skills
• Knowledge in MS Office, PPTX, Excel, Word, Visio, Analysis Tools, VBs and programming.
• Basic knowledge in report generation, data gathering and data analysis and interpretation.
• Understand engineering discipline and methodology such as DOE, 7 QC Tools and Problem-solving techniques.
