- Analyze profit & loss and balance sheet variances.
- Maintain and update standard costing and transfer pricing systems.
- Support budgeting and forecasting through data gathering and analysis.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and provide financial advisory.
- Assist in month-end closing and financial reporting.
- Track capital expenditures and conduct inventory counts.
- Perform other finance-related tasks to support team efficiency.
- A graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting, or any related course.
- Preferably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
- With at least one (1) year of experience in cost management, accruals, and financial reviews within the manufacturing or logistics industry
- Candidates from other industries must have at least three (3) years of relevant experience, with proven ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- With at least one (1) year of experience in external audit, or three (3) years in internal audit.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced level).
- Preferably with experience using SAP and capable of preparing clear and professional reports or presentations.
- Must be willing to report to the Bicutan office once a week.
- Open to a hybrid work setup in Canlubang, Laguna or Bicutan.
