Assistant Branch Warehouse In Charge (Sta. Rosa, Laguna)

The Assistant Warehouse-in-Charge role provides a rare opportunity to support and oversee the day-to-day operations of our branch warehouse in Sta. Rosa, Laguna. This position is crucial in ensuring the seamless implementation of company policies and maintaining inventory accuracy and product quality. You will be accountable for record management, filing, and archiving, all of which contribute to our outstanding standards.

As the AWIC in the area of Sta. Rosa, Laguna, you will

  • Inventory Record Accuracy
    • Ensure 100% Inventory Record accuracy by seamless recording and monitoring of transaction in both SAP and Subsystem. Performs cycle counts and partipate in Van inventory route setlement.
  • Product Quality Sustainability
    • Monitoring of Bettle Count Index (BCI), Safety Risk Index, Temperature and Relative humidity and Fe-Fo compliance
  • Asset Management
    • Support BWIC compliance to asset maintenance management to prolong assets useablity. Report condition of damaged and/or asset for disposal
  • Record Managemen
    • Ensure documents and records is filed in accordance to company standards.
  • Other
    • Manage various tasks and projects as they arise and upon manager’s request
Requirements

  • Possess a Degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Finance or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in warehousing in a sales and distribution environment of a FMCG industry.
  • Able to speak and write English well and must be computer literate.
  • SAP knowledge would be advantageous
  • Functional skills
    • Basic understanding in Inventory Management
    • Knowledge in SAP (STO and Migo processing)
    • Verbal & Written communication skills
    • Analytical and logical skills
