PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
Process Strategy and Design forms part of Business Engagement capability within CPIT Customer & Partner (CPIT CP). The CPIT O2C team is accountable for the integrity of the O2C process as well as innovative process improvements. It manages the entire process lifecycle to ensure operational excellence according to SAP’s strategic goals. Furthermore, it is in charge to excel process execution and efficiency by providing standardized business process methods, services and tools which support process excellence, and continuous process improvement.
To ensure process efficiency and compliance as well as the success of Corporate Operations and F&A, we are looking for a new team member who is leading & coordinating our activities related to Cash Collections Processes.

To ensure process efficiency and compliance as well as the success of Corporate Operations and F&A, we are looking for a new team member who is leading & coordinating our activities related to Cash Collections Processes.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
- Coordinate activities related to Cash Collections processes
- Support O2C projects / work streams
- Manage relationship with internal customers and stakeholders
- Drive process standardization, automation and simplification
- Coordinate cross-project alignment within F&A and other board areas
- Bridge over business requirements into IT supported solutions
- Design and document Cash Collection processes for new business models, redesigns and compliance topics with focus on AI
- Process improvement through KPI & Data mining
- Good knowledge of SAP’s internal O2C processes especially FICA & EHF
- Hands on work experience with Process Standardization and Automation
- 5+ years of professional experience in Finance
- 3+ years of working experience with SAP’s internal Order-to-Cash processes
- Experience with Post Merger Acquisitions projects
- Experience in working with customers in process improvement projects /driving automation & efficiency
- Experienced in leading projects of all sizes including people coordination, project planning and implementation
- Process orientated thinking
- Excellent analytical skills (e.g. in structuring complex topics) & ability to think out of the box’
- Solid business process management experience
- Project / Program management expertise
- Very good knowledge of SAP’s various O2C processes more specifically Cash Collections
- Knowledge of Order-to-Cash functionalities in SAP’s products (ERP, CRM, …)
- Strong communication and networking skills, able to communicate to all hierarchy levels
- Proactive thinking, good sense of responsibility, flexibility, team player
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Excellent English skills are a must
- Organizational, time-management & decision-making skills
- Preferred field(s) of study: Computer Science, Business Administration, Project Management
- Business process management, project/ program experience as well as already established trusted relationships inside the area of Cash Collections would be a plus
