The Role:
The Post Production Producer acts as the key link between Amplify’s production teams and editors, overseeing post-production workflow, quality control, and delivery across multiple brands and markets. This role ensures that all video outputs meet creative, technical, and brand standards while maintaining efficient communication, clear timelines, and streamlined processes. Working closely with producers, editors, and creative leads, the Post Production Producer drives consistency, efficiency, and quality across all deliverables within Global Production Studios (GPS).
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end post-production process across multiple projects and markets.
- Manage timelines, resourcing, and deliverables to ensure efficient and timely delivery.
- Review edits for creative alignment, pacing, and technical accuracy before client delivery.
- Consolidate and translate feedback from producers, creatives, and clients into clear, actionable notes.
- Maintain consistent storytelling, brand standards, and technical quality across all outputs.
- Implement and refine scalable post-production workflows, templates, and best practices.
- Track editor workload, utilisation, and progress through internal systems.
- Coordinate with cross-market teams and support freelance or partner editors during peak periods.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2+ years of experience in post-production, production management, or creative operations.
- Strong understanding of video production workflows and post-production processes.
- Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Notion, Airtable, Frame.io, Asana, Slack).
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) and file management systems.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills (Optional)
- Experience in agency or social media content environments.
- Familiarity with influencer-led or multi-market creative production.
- Understanding of platform specs (TikTok, YouTube, Meta, etc.) and digital publishing workflows.
- Experience working with remote or cross-regional teams.
