Key Responsibilities:

  1. Entertaining telephone and email requests for a range of requests relating to Pioneer products within turnaround times.
  2. Liaising with adjacent departments to maintain prompt turnaround times.
  3. Monitoring the progress of and enforcing company guidelines surrounding premium collection.
  4. Implementing customer retention strategies.
  5. Encoding policy information for endorsements and renewals in the system.
  6. Communicating vital information to relevant stakeholder groups.

Other Duties:

  1. Taking an active role in the Performance Appraisal process as prescribed by company policy.
  2. Participating in the department’s action planning and strategy implementation.
  3. Performing ad hoc tasks consistent with meeting the objectives of the department and company as a whole.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate of a bachelor’s degree course
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Proven track record as a team player
  • Data entry experience is preferred
  • Customer service experience is preferred

Skills & Competencies:

  • Basic understanding of insurance
  • Ability to convey complex concepts to non-experts
  • Ability to work through and make sense of large sets of data
  • Ability to interpret and create reports
  • Willingness to adapt to change
