Job Requirements:

• Registered Nurse in good standing
• At least 1 year of experience as a nurse in a hospital or industrial setting
• BOSH Training (may be completed after recruitment)
• Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft applications
• With a valid driver’s license (preferred)

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that the workplace is equipped with the necessary first aid supplies and equipment in accordance with Occupational Safety and Health Standards
• Provide first aid care to personnel following Red Cross and professional nursing guidelines
• Initiate training, drills, and exercises to improve workers’ first aid skills
• Facilitate the hospitalization and other medical needs of employees through prompt referrals and submission of documentary requirements (e.g., PhilHealth, SSS, ECC, and the company’s hospitalization policy)
• Ensure proper implementation and regular promotion of health-related policies such as Annual Medical Examination, Random Drug Testing, HIV/AIDS, TB, Hepatitis, COVID-19, Work Environment Measurement, Fatigue Management, and Health Surveillance
• Prepare and maintain employee health records and submit reports for management’s information or action
• Conduct inspections or audits to evaluate compliance with the company’s HSSE Management System and provide recommendations for improvement
• Systematically document safety inspection and audit findings to support continuous improvement
• Conduct or participate in incident investigations
• Prepare and submit required reports to government agencies such as DOLE, DOH, and EMB
• Assist government agencies in HSSE inspections, surveys, and evaluations
• Assist in the development of HSSE programs
