About The Job
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented xDR Operations Specialist to optimize processes and systems, support teams, and ensure data accuracy. This role involves technical troubleshooting, data management, and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, analytical expertise, and a customer-focused approach to drive operational excellence.
Job Details
Customer Support: Act as the primary point of contact for technical issues (e.g., password resets, data uploads)
Manage support cases in Salesforce, escalating as needed, and ensure timely updates for stakeholders
Data Management: Investigate and resolve data anomalies, deliver accurate reports, and maintain integrity of key metrics (e.g., xDR Waterfall, Dials-to-Connect)
Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Proactively monitor performance metrics (e.g., <3% D2C rates) and resolve issues. Serve as the SME for LaunchQ systems and processes
Project Coordination: Document project timelines, facilitate cross-team communication, and resolve roadblocks.
Ensure seamless operations through fuel line and omni-channel monitoring.
