We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Plant HR Manager to oversee our human resources operations at our facility in Pasig. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR practices within the manufacturing sector, with a focus on employee relations, recruitment, and compliance.

What You'll Do
Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent for various positions.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals.
Foster a positive workplace culture through effective employee engagement initiatives.
Manage performance appraisal processes and provide guidance on career development plans.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations while addressing employee concerns.
Act as a liaison between management and employees to facilitate communication.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum of 10 years of experience in human resources management, preferably in manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
Proven ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Experience in developing training programs to enhance employee skills.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office applications.
