Job Summary:

The Sourcing Analyst will provide essential support to the Sourcing team and ensure a smooth and efficient sourcing process. This role involves communicating with candidates, maintaining recruitment systems, and assisting with sourcing candidates.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial outreach to potential candidates via email, phone, and social media.
  • Assist with tracking and analyzing recruitment data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Perform market research to identify trends and insights related to talent availability, competitor hiring activities, and industry developments.
  • Maintain and update sourcing trackers with accurate candidate information.
  • Promote the company’s employer brand through effective communication and engagement with potential candidates.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ATS and HRIS systems.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in Human Resources or recruitment, is advantageous.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic team as a Sourcing Administrator specializing in Candidate Screening and Onboarding. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in facilitating the movement of the candidate through the sourcing and recruitment process. They will also ensure that data collected is managed and kept safe by routinely updating the necessary tools and trackers, ensuring a smooth and efficient screening and onboarding process for global freelancers.
