Key Responsibilities
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of property listings, client databases, and transaction details.
- Campaign Emails: Draft, schedule, and monitor email campaigns to nurture leads and engage clients.
- Social Media Management: Create and post content, respond to inquiries, and track engagement across platforms.
- Call Handling: Answer and make calls professionally, providing information to prospects, tenants, and partners.
- Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients through online platforms, social media, and targeted outreach.
- With atleast 1 year of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role
- With strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Familiarity with CRM systems, email marketing tools, and social media platforms
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a remote environment
- Tech-savvy, fast learner, and able to adapt quickly to new concepts, tools, or processes.
- Take full responsibility for tasks and outcomes, ensuring high-quality results without constant supervision.
- Capable of working autonomously while maintaining alignment with client and company goals.
- Approaches challenge constructively and maintain professionalism under pressure.
- Anticipates needs, identifies opportunities for improvement, and takes initiative to drive results.
- Willing and able to work on U.S. business hours
