Job Description

  • Oversee employee benefits administration, including health and life insurance enrollment, billing, and managing of concerns.
  • Review the company's benefits structure and provide market insights to ensure benchmarking and competitiveness
  • Ensure timely processing and compliance with government-mandated benefits such as SSS, Pag-IBIG, and PhilHealth.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to employee benefits and statutory loans.
  • Utilize Excel and Google Suite efficiently, applying relevant formulas and functions for data analysis and reporting.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and government agencies to ensure smooth benefits processing.
  • Provide timely support and clear communication to employees regarding their benefits and entitlements.
  • Adapt to a fast-paced work environment and proactively address challenges in benefits administration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in employee benefits administration.
  • Strong knowledge of government statutory loans (SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth) and their processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas) and Google Suite.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
