Payroll Specialist - Can start ASAP

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manages payroll queries, requests and disputes
• Monitors and tracks progress and prepare dashboard
• Processes last pay and prepare reports i.e. Leaves Reports, JV entries etc.
• Handles bank requirements from account opening to ATM card sorting and distribution
• Prepares certifications on loan payments and contributions
• Processes payments to vendors

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 1-3 years of experience in Payroll or relevant experience
• Good written and verbal communication skills

Working Conditions:

• Hybrid (BGC, Taguig)
• Night Shift work schedule
