Payroll Assistant - APAC

The Payroll Assistant will play a vital role in supporting our APAC payroll operations, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. This position involves managing various payroll tasks, collaborating with team members, and addressing any issues that may arise, all while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.

What you’ll do:
  • Payroll Administration: Handle all internal payroll tasks using Roubler, making sure everything is accurate and complies with APAC regulations, with a specific focus in Australia.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build relationships with key stakeholders to keep payroll processes seamless and address any issues that come up.
  • Liaison with Outsourced Provider: Serve as the main point of contact for our outsourced payroll provider, coordinating necessary information and resolving any concerns.
  • Respond to Queries: Answer payroll-related questions from employees, providing clear and helpful information.
  • Flexi Purchase & Credit Card Management: Oversee flexi purchases and credit card transactions for the APAC region.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure an efficient payroll operation.
You’ll be someone who can bring:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll administration or related roles, ideally within an RPO, BPO, or professional services environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines and changing priorities.
  • Familiarity with Roubler or similar payroll systems is a plus.
  • A collaborative and proactive approach to work.
  • Knowledge of Australian / other APAC regions payroll processes.
