Timekeeping and Payroll Administration
- Prepare timekeeping report for payroll processing bi-monthly.
- Process payroll on time and ensure accuracy in computation of salaries, allowances, deductions and overtime.
- Compute 13th month pay.
- Conduct refreshers and orientations related to compensation, and benefits.
- Request budget of employee payroll including project-based employees, freelancers and consultants.
- Generate and issue pay slips to employees.
- Address payroll and employment documentation queries from employees.
- Compute final pay of separated employee and prepare offboarding documents.
- Process employee cash advance.
Government Remittances
- Prepare monthly government remittance reports.
- Process government remittance reports required for QB (Quickbooks) filing of the Finance Department.
- Generate PRN (Payment Reference Number), SPA (Statement of Premium Account), and BDO Templates for payment of government remittances.
- Request and secure budget approval for government remittances.
- Ensure timely remittances of contribution, taxes, and loan payment to respective government agencies.
- Prepare Alphalist and BIR 2316 employees.
- Process government-related programs such as, but not limited to, maternity benefits, sickness benefits, retirement claims, salary loans, and calamity loans, ensuring accurate documentation, timely filing, and proper coordination with respective government agencies.
Employee Relations
- Address any employee relations concerns such as employee promotions, transfer or incidents, including documentation and coordination with the concerned parties to ensure proper resolutions and compliance with company policies.
Compliance
- Monitor newly issued labor laws, regulations and government mandates related to payroll and government remittance, and ensure timely reporting to management for proper implementation within SVEN.
- Ensure compliance with DOLE OSH program.
Contract and Data Administration
- Coordinate with team members to ensure completeness of uploaded information from new hires.
- Provide general support in updating employee information in HR platforms (ex. Zoho, Jira)
Other Duties and Responsibilities
- Create refreshing digital 1st experiences through people and process improvements, as well as quality of interactions with internal and external partners.
- Help implement and improve HR processes, forms and practices.
- Coordinate and request for care packages or gesture items (e.g. get well soon cards, funeral flowers etc.) to support employee well-being during health-related or personal challenges.
- Process hardcopy employee documents request (ex. Philhealth, CSF, COE, ITR)
