Job Description
THE MEDIA VISIONARY
As the driver of media direction, you will:
- Spearhead developing comprehensive media strategies aligned with client objectives and overall brand goals across various categories.
- Lead monitoring of overall media team deliverables, ensuring output quality surpasses client expectations.
- Initiate media innovations that can level up the team and brand partners aligned with trends on media, platforms, and technologies.
- Champion testing plans, platform optimizations, and tools discovery with the objective of identifying new opportunities, whether internal or external.
THE DATA WHISPERER
More than media buying, insights and data play a huge role in everything we do and that means you’re expected to:
- Oversee delivery of reports and assessments, comprehensive review of pertinent data and actionable insights.
- Provide clear direction on media reporting structures, bringing out actionable information in an agile manner.
- Utilize media and analytics tools and make data-driven decisions to maximize results and efficiency.
THE SUCCESS CHAMPION
To ensure continuous growth across the media business, you will:
- Lead client management and coordination specific to media requirements, navigating between client demands, internal considerations, and other possible restrictions.
- Build strong relationships with existing and potential clients with the purpose of media business continuity and growth.
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure on time and outstanding delivery of client needs.
THE GROWTH CATALYST
Refreshing work happens with a refreshed team on the inside out – which means you will also:
- Guide and mentor a team of Media Strategists and Ad Operations Specialists to continuously upskill and drive holistic development.
- Foster a safe, collaborative, and results-oriented work experience with fair implementation and enforcement of agency policies.
THE ORCHESTRATOR
Finally, part of the role entails working closely with upper management and business unit heads to:
- Monitor and actively manage the team’s workload.
- Continuously elevate the standard and quality of work output as well as the service provided to the clients.
- Troubleshoot challenges that may also involve other departments.
