Your Role

As Payroll Analyst, you will:

• Promote, demonstrate and instill Brock’s Bsafe and Bbest culture in all aspects of the business
• Perform a variety of analyzing and reporting functions related to the payroll and HR functions
• Shared Services - Payroll Accountant Responsibilities
• Assist in the review and maintenance of the payroll processes and procedures including
  
  

performing audits and detecting issues

• Provide quality assurance of imported data
• Prepare reports for senior management
• Compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial data
• Processing confidential data and information according to guidelines
• Helping develops reports and analysis
• Managing and designing the reporting environment, including data sources, security, and
  
  

metadata

• Supporting the data warehouse in identifying and revising reporting requirements
• Supporting initiatives for data integrity and normalization
• Assessing tests and implementing new or upgraded software and assisting with strategic decisions
  
  

on new systems

• Generating reports from single or multiple systems
• Troubleshooting the reporting database environment and reports
• Evaluating changes and updates to source production systems
• Training endorsers

• Providing technical expertise in data storage structures, data mining, and data cleansing.
• Assist Payroll Leaders in various special projects and ad hoc requests
• Assist Payroll Leaders in preparing various schedule and compiling of documents for quarterly

What You Need:

• 2-4 years of payroll experience.
• College Graduate
  
  

Preferred skills/expertise:

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Highly organized with attention to detail, with ability to multi-task
• Excellent attention to detail and an ability to work within deadlines
