Your Role:

As a Systems Administrator, You Will

• Support tasks as assigned directly from Service Now tickets and other ad-hoc requests or initiatives.
• Execute mass TRAN updates on a regular basis as defined in the requests.
• Work with direct report leaders to support vendors and/or business units to resolve issues.
• Provide support for issues related to applications covered by the System Administration team.
• Execute system Header updates related to the company's processes for all systems supported.
  
  

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• At least 3 years of preferred experience in mortgage servicing, preferably across multiple functional areas.
• Flexible, open to change, ability to learn new things quickly, self-motivated.
• Customer Service focused with strong execution skills and results orientation.
• High-level of precision with attention to detail and consistency.
