Job Description

  • Prepares weekly wallet Adjustment Requests for Management Approval
  • Implements Collections for Brand's participation in SPayLater Campaigns
  • Notifies Brand and Internal PICs of Collection Status
  • Coordinates with Finance team for Issuance of Invoices and Official Receipts
  • Coordinates with Brands for payment related documentation
  • Prepares monthly reports for Payments and Invoicing

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or related course
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets
  • Can work alone and under minimal supervision
  • Proactive and goal oriented
  • Ability to communicate with stakeholders effectively
  • Ability to take ownership of Collections initiatives for Brand Partnerships
