About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team and lead recruitment efforts across South East Asia. This role is pivotal in ensuring we attract, engage, and secure top-tier talent to support our clinical and operational teams across the region. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers and regional leads to understand business needs and deliver proactive recruitment solutions.
Your Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across South East Asia, from sourcing to offer negotiation
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates in the life sciences industry
• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Maintain up-to-date records in the ATS and provide regular updates on recruitment progress
• Partner with HR and internal stakeholders to support onboarding and workforce planning initiatives
About You
• Fluent in English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Previous recruitment experience in a CRO, pharmaceutical, biotech company, or life sciences recruitment agency is mandatory
• Demonstrated ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of the South East Asian talent market
• Experience managing multiple requisitions and working to tight deadlines
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to work both independently and as part of a global team
• Passionate about recruitment and committed to finding the right talent to drive business success
