This is a remote position.

The Partner Coordinator role is responsible for fostering strong relationships with Esker Partners by supporting the organisation of onboarding Partners and their team members and providing continued access to relevant systems, training programs and marketing resources to drive Partner success in selling and delivering Esker Solutions in Australia & New Zealand.

  • Serve as a consistent point of contact for partners, addressing their queries and ensuring a seamless partnership experience by leveraging relevant Esker resources and contacts.
  • Organise and support partner onboarding programs
  • Schedule and monitor partner progress and provide reporting as required
  • Coordinate resources, or additional training as required
  • Review and communicate partner feedback and provide insights to drive continuous improvement of partner processes
  • Create documentation of relevant partner processes to enable clarity and consistency
  • Align and coordinate Australian processes with current global initiatives Marketing Support
  • Collaborate with the local Esker Marketing Team to develop co-branded campaigns, promotional materials and content to support partner initiatives
  • Maintain a Partner Portal with updated resources and marketing assets
  • Liaise with Marketing Teams to execute joint events, webinars, or campaigns to enhance partner engagement General
  • Participate in Eskers Professional Development Programs and continuously build professional competency
  • Participate in relevant Team meetings
  • Communicate regularly with key stakeholders in the Australian Team in support of Partner Success across Marketing, Sales, People & Culture, Professional Services, Technical Support and Customer Experience.
  • Maintain up to date understanding of Global Esker Partner initiatives
  • Assist with local Esker initiatives and administration duties as required
  • Demonstrate behaviors aligned with company culture and values

Requirements

2 -3 years in a coordinator or similar project management role

  • Experience utilising technology and digital software to manage projects and productivity
  • A background in Marketing and/or Learning and Development roles is desirable
  • Knowledge of Financial Management software and industry would be useful Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor of Business Administration or equivalent Competencies
  • Excellent organisational skills with an ability to prioritise and manage time and resources effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Comfortable and competent working in a technical environment
  • Digitally savvy
  • Adaptable and fast learner
  • Confident and outgoing
  • Team player able to form strong networks of support and communication
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce systems (or similar CRM) highly desirable
  • Desirable – knowledge of marketing principles
  • Desirable – knowledge of Learning & Development principles
