About this Position In the role of Order to Cash Accountant for North America, you will play a vital part in ensuring the financial health of our operations by managing day-to-day collection activities and resolving customer account inquiries. This position is essential for maintaining strong relationships with our Sales and Customer Service teams, as you facilitate effective communication and timely follow-up on overdue accounts. What You´ll Do
What You´ll Do
- Ensures day-to-day collection activities completed, including customer account research and query resolution, and communicates effectively with Sales and Customer Service teams
- Reports overdue positions for assigned portfolio to Philippines and North America Key Accounts Managers
- Supports Team Leader by handling day-to-day tasks such as reporting and addressing escalations
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Business, or any relevant field
- Preferably with at least one (1) year of experience in Finance and Accounting or related processes
- Highly proficient in MS Office applications; Knowledge in SAP/Macro/SAP scripting knowledge is an advantage
- Must be detail oriented, excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Amenable to work on a night shift schedule (9:00 PM to 6:00 AM), following US holidays, and report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati
