Optimization Support / Youtube Strategist Support Intern (Philippines)

The Optimization Support Intern will work closely with our Manager of Audience Growth to deliver exhaustive insights into content performance and audience growth / engagement metrics for our in-network creators. This person is inquisitive, data driven, and a practiced listener, with a shared passion for Collab’s mission of seeing our creators succeed.

Duties & Essential Functions:

• Thumbnail updates for our talent’s YouTube videos
• Day to day content creation, and editing of long form, compilation style content, ensuring one week turnaround
• Catalog and graph content performance, noting any negative trends, and offering suggestions on how to revert changes
• Participate in video calls with talent we are optimizing content for, time allowing
• Complete platform “deep dives” on prospective YouTube or TikTok talent using keywords in YouTube search, and utilize filters to distinguish which creators are gaining views
• Identify potential talent to onboard, with special emphasis on “reaction” style creators (i.e. streamers, brand friendly vloggers, get-ready-with-me creators, and other specific verticals)
• Other duties as assigned
  
  

Skills and Qualifications Required:

• An interest in and passion for YouTube and the social media space
• Experience with data entry
• Basic experience with graphic design
• Basic understanding of Photoshop, Canva, or other equivalent application, and how to edit with these tools
• Experience with Premier Pro, DaVinci, or other video editor equivalent
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• Experience with Adobe a plus, but not required
• Familiarity with Copyright Law a plus, but not required
