Operations Support Specialist | Cebu

Operations Support Job Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative and logistical support to various departments within the company as needed.
• Work independently with minimal supervision, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Coordinate with the Purchasing Officer for the pick-up, delivery, and distribution of materials, supplies, and other essential items.
• Handle bank deposits and collections as required.
• Collaborate effectively in a team environment, offering assistance to other team members when necessary.
• Assist in loading, unloading, and transporting materials, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Perform other operational and administrative duties as assigned to support company functions.
• Perform regular vehicle inspections to ensure safety and cleanliness, reporting any maintenance issues promptly.

Operations Support Job Qualifications:
• Undergrad or College graduate of any 4-year course.
• Must have a valid driver’s license (Restriction code 1,2,3).
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience in operations, logistics, or administrative support.
• Hardworking, reliable, and with a strong sense of integrity and good moral character.
• Willing to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as necessary.
• Physically capable of performing tasks that require mobility, lifting, and extended periods of activity.
