This role ensures that all data, automations, and dashboards run accurately and efficiently while identifying opportunities to improve workflow and member experience.

Primary Responsibilities
- Manage and process billing requests, account migrations, and member billing errors.
- Maintain and update company dashboards; monitor KPI data for accuracy and consistency.
- Audit and optimize GoHighLevel automations, funnels, and workflows.
- Document and maintain SOPs for systems, automations, and data processes from Ops Admin.
- Ensure Circle programs, tags, and automations are accurate, updated, and functioning correctly.
- Provide weekly reports on system performance, billing accuracy, and key operational metrics.
- Identify and implement efficiency improvements to enhance systems and overall member experience.
- Proficiency with GoHighLevel and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Experience documenting and maintaining SOPs and workflow systems.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Self-starter who can manage projects independently and meet deadlines.
