We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Marketplace Associate to oversee our client's presence across major online marketplaces, including Amazon, BestBuy, among others.

This individual will be responsible for monitoring listings, maintaining accurate pricing and inventory levels, and ensuring our products remain competitive and visible.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, data-driven, and experienced in marketplace operations and digital merchandising.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor product listings across Amazon, BestBuy, and other marketplaces for accuracy and performance
  • Adjust product pricing to stay competitive while maintaining target margins
  • Update and replenish inventory levels as needed to prevent stockouts or overselling
  • Create, optimize, and maintain product listings (titles, descriptions, keywords, images)
  • Track competitor pricing, promotions, and trends to inform strategy
  • Coordinate with internal teams or suppliers to manage product availability and shipment timelines
  • Generate reports on sales performance, pricing trends, and inventory status
  • Identify and resolve listing errors, suppressed listings, or policy compliance issues
  • Support promotional campaigns and product launches on marketplaces

Minimum Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce or online marketplace operations (Amazon, BestBuy, Walmart Marketplace, etc.)
  • Strong familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and related marketplace dashboards
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for price tracking and reporting
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical mindset with comfort interpreting sales and pricing data
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
  • Experience with inventory management systems or listing tools is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
  • Must be willing to work night shift Philippine time (details will be provided and work schedule may still change, so we need someone who can adjust as needed).
  • Must be able to commit exclusively to this full-time role (40 hours per week) with no outside part-time or full-time employment, as this position supports a high-value client.
