About The Role
As an Operations Officer, you will be a pioneer employee of the new SBC Affiliate– a joint venture between Security Bank Corporation, a leading universal bank in the Philippines and Mitsubishi Motors Corporation, a global automobile company based in Japan.
You will be responsible for approving deviation cases, monitoring outsourced credit services and analyzing portfolio trends to improve credit risk management. This role ensures compliance with credit policies, enhances credit underwriting efficiencies, and proposes risk- based innovations that drive portfolio quality in support of business growth.

You will be responsible for approving deviation cases, monitoring outsourced credit services and analyzing portfolio trends to improve credit risk management. This role ensures compliance with credit policies, enhances credit underwriting efficiencies, and proposes risk- based innovations that drive portfolio quality in support of business growth.
How You'll Contribute
- Analyze and approve deviation cases while ensuring alignment with the company's policies.
- Monitor portfolio performance and recommend adjustments to improve risk adjusted returns
- Identify trends in delinquencies, approvals and rejection reasons to strengthen risk mitigation strategies
- Ensure timely approval of deviation cases to maintain customer and dealer satisfaction
- Work closely with sales, and underwriting teams to align risk decisions with market needs.
- Assess and contribute to the enhancement of the credit approval framework to improve efficiency
- Monitor customer and dealer feedback on credit related issues and drive necessary policy refinements
- Monitor and ensure the outsourced credit validation firm adheres to agreed SLAS and credit policies
- Review risk parameters and credit approval processes to identify areas for improvement
- Ensure regulatory compliance in all credit related decisions and documentation
- 5-7 year experience in credit risk management, underwriting, preferably in auto financing or consumer lending
- Strong experience in credit analysis, deviation approvals, and portfolio risk monitoring.
- Familiarity with credit scoring models and regulatory compliance
