- Oversee the cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation of the warehouse and its inventory to maintain a customer-ready environment.
- Plan and coordinate showroom mock-ups, product installations, fleet and personnel movements (pull-ins and pull-outs), and delivery schedules.
- Ensure all operational activities comply with established company standards, protocols, and procedures.
- Manage and disburse petty cash for operational needs, ensuring accurate documentation, accountability, and timely replenishment.
- Inspect and verify incoming shipments for accuracy in quantity and quality prior to acceptance.
- Monitor and track product repairs and customer complaints, ensuring prompt resolution and effective service recovery.
- Conduct regular audits related to product transportation and oversee warehouse operations, including off-site storage locations.
- Support store leadership in day-to-day operations and provide guidance and training to junior staff when necessary.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial or operational role within a retail or showroom environment.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- High attention to detail, with demonstrated experience in logistics, inventory management, and customer service.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and perform effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; working knowledge of inventory or POS systems is an advantage.
