Role Overview:

The Operations Manager at Gulong PH is responsible for driving the company’s sales and marketing efforts, while overseeing fulfillment, delivery, collections, and troubleshooting operational issues. The role is critical in leading the team to achieve revenue growth, operational efficiency, and exceptional customer service. This role will focus on seamless integration across sales, marketing, and operations to ensure cohesive and efficient business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales and Marketing Leadership (70%):
    • Directly lead the Marketing and CS Sales Teams to drive revenue growth, brand visibility, and customer acquisition.
    • Develop and implement marketing campaigns and strategies aligned with Gulong PH’s growth objectives.
    • Continuously evaluate sales performance, adjusting strategies to meet performance targets.
    • Guide the team to ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service and knowledgeable tire consultation.
  2. Fulfillment, Collections, and Delivery Management (30%):
    • Supervise the Fulfillment and Collections Teams, ensuring efficient order processing, timely collections, and on-time delivery of customer orders.
    • Maintain strong relationships with Logistics and Installation Partners to ensure smooth delivery and installation services.
    • Collaborate with Accounting on collections, receivables management, and payment processing.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges to maintain seamless service and delivery processes.
  3. Operational Excellence:
    • Oversee operational workflows, tracking performance metrics such as order fulfillment time, customer satisfaction, and revenue targets.
    • Conduct regular audits of fulfillment and collection processes, identifying bottlenecks and implementing process improvements.
    • Monitor the integration of sales and fulfillment teams to provide an optimized, end-to-end customer journey.
  4. Vendor and Supplier Relationship Management:
    • Work closely with Tire Suppliers and Vendors to ensure the availability of tire inventory, negotiate pricing, and maintain strong supplier relationships.
    • Align with suppliers on delivery timelines and product availability to ensure fulfillment of customer orders.
  5. Team Development:
    • Lead, mentor, and develop the Marketing, CS Sales, Fulfillment, and Collections Teams to enhance their performance and achieve individual and collective targets.
    • Promote a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement within the teams.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in operations, sales, or marketing management, preferably in e-commerce or retail sectors.
  • Skills:
    • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
    • Proficiency in operational workflows, fulfillment processes, and vendor management.
    • Familiarity with marketing strategies and customer service best practices.
    • Ability to analyze performance data and implement improvements.
    • Excellent problem-solving abilities, particularly in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.
